Cope up with the new normal

This pandemic will make you feel and notice that you are stressed. Even if you are young or adult this pandemic will make us think and overthink about our surroundings. Everybody needs to take a break from sadness, stress, depression,for everything. Doing things such as your hobbies will help you to take care of your mental health.
Remember that we should always care not only about ourselves but also include the thoughts and feelings of other people in our surroundings. Think about our health and be sensitive to others. Don’t be afraid to share your problems to others or at least to 1 person you really trust. Be strong to fight our sadness. Let’s avoid depression and anxiety. We have lots of things to do to prevent it.
